Your next home starts with the right place. Let's find it together.
Can I choose my own builder?
In many of our communities, yes. We work with a network of respected local builders and can help connect you with the right team—or discuss opportunities to work with a builder you already know and trust. Builder requirements may vary by community.
How do I know which lot is right for my home?
Not every homesite is created equal. Walkout potential, elevation, views, trees, sun exposure, privacy, and home orientation can all influence your decision. Our team can help you understand the characteristics of available homesites before you choose.
Are there architectural requirements?
Our communities are thoughtfully planned with long-term neighborhood appeal in mind. Architectural guidelines and covenants vary by development and help establish expectations while protecting the character and value of the community.
How about utilities, wells, and septic?
It depends on the community. Some developments offer city utilities, while acreage communities may utilize private or shared systems. We'll help you understand the infrastructure and requirements specific to the homesite you're considering.
Do I have to start building immediately?
Building timelines and lot-purchase requirements vary by development. Talk with our team about the community you're considering and we'll explain the current requirements, availability, and next steps.
Can I tour the developments before deciding?
Absolutely. Seeing the land in person can completely change how you view a homesite. We can connect you with a development representative to tour available lots, model homes, and communities.
Are model homes available?
Model and newly constructed homes are available periodically throughout our communities, providing an opportunity to experience the neighborhood, builders, and quality firsthand.
What if I'm just starting to explore?
That's exactly when we'd like to talk. You don't need a builder, house plan, or every detail figured out. We can start with what you're looking for and help connect you with the right community, homesite, and resources.
